Every dish at Salt & Pepper begins with respect for ingredients — whole fish from the morning catch, meat seasoned and slow-cooked over open flame, vegetables picked from Istrian farms within the hour.

We don't follow trends. We follow the seasons, the fire, and a decade of refining what works. Our kitchen runs on consistency: the same quality whether you visit in June or September, on a quiet Tuesday or a packed Saturday night.
